The Asian Events Trust has won the Arts and Culture Award at the Wellington Airport Regional Community Awards for the Lunar New Year Festival, which drew in over 30,000 attendees to Wellington’s waterfront, with an extra 16,000 online.

Acton International Marketing Ltd., who manages distribution and marketing of Lee Kum Kee products in New Zealand reached out to AET following news that Lunar New Year celebrations for 2024 in Wellington were cancelled to due to insufficient funding.
