A dumpling workshop coinciding with Beverly Moon’s Fortune exhibition and Lunar New Year. Learn about China’s amazing food culture and how to make your own handmade Chinese dumplings.
Facilitated by Susan Zou and the Ya Feng group, learn about the importance of food in Chinese culture and watch a demonstration of dumpling folding techniques. You will then make your own dumplings, visit the Fortune exhibition with a guide and then sample your own handiwork.
