Main stage performances
Cultural performances from across Asia, including lion dance, bamboo dancing, Vietnamese singing and drumming, and multicultural community showcases.
Community market
Food, craft, and cultural stalls from migrant-owned and local businesses — offering authentic cuisine, handmade goods, and traditional activities.
Family activities
Free games, arts and crafts for children, and a “Viet Heritage Trail Passport” with cultural stations to explore.
Cooking workshops
Held at Te Mako Centre (Naenae) earlier in the day to showcase Lunar New Year dishes and traditions.
Art and story exhibition
A public exhibition at Lower Hutt War Memorial Library featuring migrant voices, stories, and artwork from international students and creatives.
