A celebration of the Chinese Lunar New Year through performances of song, dance music, Chinese Opera and acrobatics by extraordinary professional artists from Beijing, China.

Established  in October 1950 the China Railway Art & Culture Troupe is one of China’s most prestigious performing arts companies. The troupe have a large number of outstanding works in their repertoire and their performers have won numerous awards in competitions in China and internationally.

The troupe has visited more than 50 countries and regions showcasing and sharing Chinese performing arts and culture.

The show is presented by the New Zealand Huaxing Arts Troupe to promote cultural and arts ween New Zealand and China and to facilitate multicultural development.
